We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container however, it's hard to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy offers a separate baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well for weight and folded size. It's the best value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. The Delta is a basic model, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a long recline. But it is an excellent choice for families on a tight budget and for those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, like going to the zoo for a day.
The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its comparatively short frame, swivel front wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure an easy ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holders ensure that passengers are comfortable.
It also has a large European-style canopy which provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against light wind. It also has two storage bags and a five-point harness to ensure security.
